The seventh step of yoga is Dhyana aka Meditation.
What comes to mind when you hear the word 'meditation'? There are many misconceptions around meditation - it has to be a certain way, you have to do a certain thing, you cannot do this, you cannot do that.
Essentially, meditation is a state of constant awareness. If you are simply aware & conscious about your self in everything you do, you are meditating! So, how can we practice Dhyana?
