In the hustle and bustle of today's lifestyle, we are bound to feel tired every once in a while. With the demands of our job, family and other obligations, it seems like we are the busiest generation of all time. But what if we have taken stock of our life, and found that 'Hey, my daily life is not as hectic as I thought it was, but why am I still feeling tired all the time?'
First of all, we must identify the root of our fatigue. There are a few possibilities for fatigue:

So, how do we overcome fatigue with the help of yoga? Deep recommends these breathing techniques:
1. Diaphagmatic/yogic breathing. It would be also be good if this breathing technique is practised throughout the day.
2. Kapala bhati (to be done at least three hours after food, and not to be practised during pregnancy or menstruation).
To get the energy flowing throughout the body, these series of postures can be done: Child's pose. Cat/cow pose. Tiger pose. Balancing table top pose. Child's pose. Gentle forward bend.
